The Pacific Society of Reproductive Health (PSRH) is governed by a dedicated Board of Trustees, elected every two years at our Biennial General Meeting (BGM). The BGM in Auckland, New Zealand during the 2024 conference elected a new Board comprised of:
Dr. Ulai Tapa Fidow is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and serves as President of the Pacific Society for Reproductive Health. A PSRH member since 2013, Dr. Fidow brings a wealth of experience and passion for nurturing leadership in the Pacific region.
Dr. Amanda Noovao-Hill is a dedicated Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a profound commitment to advancing women's health and reproductive care in the Pacific region. Serving as the Head of Secretariat for the PSRH since 2023.
Litiana Tatukivei is a dedicated midwife and clinical educator at Colonial War Memorial Hospital (CWMH), with a career in nursing and midwifery spanning over a decade. Since becoming a midwife in 2010, she has been passionate about improving maternal and child health
Dr. Falahola ‘oe Langi Fuka is a dedicated Obstetrician and Gynaecologist from Tonga, committed to advancing women's health across the Pacific. She completed her medical education in Fiji and Samoa, earning a Master’s degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Fiji National University.
Professor Deborah Bateson is a distinguished clinician, researcher, and educator in sexual and reproductive health, with over 20 years of experience. She currently serves as a Professor of Practice at the Sydney Medical School at University of Sydney.
Dr. Rebecca Mitchell is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist based near Geelong, Victoria, Australia, with both public and private clinical commitments. Inspired by her father, a rural general practitioner, she pursued medicine at Monash University in Melbourne.
Dr. Nanise Sikiti is a Consultant Gynae Oncology Specialist at Lautoka Health Care, Fiji, and a dedicated Board Member of the Pacific Society for Reproductive Health. Born and raised in Levuka, Ovalau, Dr. Sikiti’s medical journey began at the Fiji School of Medicine, followed by extensive clinical experience at Labasa Hospital.
Dr. Nancy Hamura is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, having earned her specialisation in 2017. She is currently expanding her expertise as a trainee in rural Victoria, Australia—a role that presents both challenges and opportunities for growth as she acquires new knowledge and skills.

The Board of Trustees provides strategic leadership, ensuring the Trust remains aligned with its mission to advance reproductive health across the Pacific. Day-to-day operations are overseen by the Head of Secretariat, who serves as the executive officer, translating Board decisions into action and managing administration.
