Year of PSRH Membership Registration: 2024-2026

Membership Responsibilities: Membership is personal and non-transferable. Members agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of application or renewal. Members are responsible for ensuring that their membership fees are paid in full to maintain access to membership benefits.

Membership Fees and Payment: Membership fees are non-refundable. Fees are payable in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and may include applicable GST for New Zealand residents. Membership is valid for 12 months starting 1st of April of each year. Members may choose to pay for multiple years in advance.

Membership Benefits: Membership benefits, including access to exclusive content such as webinar recordings, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities, are available only while the membership is active. Benefits are subject to change at the discretion of PSRH without prior notice.

Access to Members-Only Content: Login credentials (email address and password) are confidential and should not be shared. Members-only content is for personal use and must not be distributed or reproduced without prior permission from PSRH.

Privacy and Data Protection: Personal information provided by members will be used solely for membership management, communication, and the provision of member benefits. PSRH will not share personal information with third parties without the member’s consent, except as required by law.

Expired Membership Management: Memberships that are not renewed within three (3) months of their expiration date (July 1) will be marked as inactive. Inactive members will lose access to all membership benefits, including exclusive content, webinars, networking opportunities, and mentorship programs. Memberships that remain unpaid for six (6) months after expiration (October 1) will be terminated, and the member will need to reapply as a new member to regain access. PSRH may send courtesy reminders via email prior to the expiration date and during the grace period; however, it remains the member’s responsibility to renew on time.

Termination of Membership: PSRH reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for breaches of the Terms and Conditions or behaviour deemed harmful to the organisation’s mission. Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership term. Members whose memberships have been terminated due to non-renewal or other reasons must reapply as new members to regain access. Terminated members will lose all access to PSRH benefits and previously stored data may be archived or deleted in accordance with privacy policies.
