How do I join PSRH?

Why isn't my payment processing?

If you are having trouble with your payment, please ensure the following:

  • International Transactions: Check if your credit card is enabled for
    international transactions. You can usually do this through your banking app
    or by contacting your bank directly.
  • Device: We recommend completing your subscription and payment on a
    laptop or PC, as issues can sometimes arise when using a phone.
Do I need a PayPal account to join?

No, you don’t need a PayPal account. You can easily make your payment via
PayPal as a guest.

Do I have to use PayPal for payments?

Yes, all membership payments must be made using a credit or debit card
through PayPal, whether you pay as a member or as a guest.

How often do I need to renew my membership?

Membership runs from April 1st to March 31st each year. We encourage you to
renew your subscription in April to get the most out of your access to the Members
Lounge. We will also send out renewal reminders!

Will I receive a receipt after paying my subscription?

Yes, you will receive two receipts: one automatically from PayPal and another from
PSRH. Please note that payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars. For the
exact amount paid in your local currency, please refer to your credit card statement.
