Secretariat profiles

The Secretariat support the Board functions as well as co-ordinating and executing PSRH programmes including workshops, the conference and expanding PSRH.


Aiono Alec Ekeroma 

Aiono Alec Ekeroma is a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Counties Manukau Health where he has provided CPD and examination supervision for RANZCOG. He is currently senior lecturer with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of Auckland and is Head of the Pacific Women’s Health Research and Development Unit. He currently holds medical registrations in Samoa, the Solomon Islands and New Zealand. He holds extensive professional and research experience in the Pacific region.

Siobhan Patia

Siobhan Patia is a Junior Barrister practising in Auckland, New Zealand. She has a Bachelors of Arts and Bachelor of Laws conjoint and is currently studying towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health from the University of Auckland. Siobhan comes with voluntary experience with various NGOs and student groups. She holds professional memberships with the Pacific Lawyers Association, Asia New Zealand Leadership Network and others. Her interests include Pacific regional development, social enterprise and health sector interface with climate change.
